Ariana Grande brought the Eternal Sunshine Tour to a close on September 1 with a show at London's O2 Arena that fans won't be forgetting anytime soon. It was her 10th and final night at the venue, wrapping a 41-date run across the US, Canada and the UK, and Grande got visibly emotional on stage, calling the tour "one of the most extraordinary and beautiful experiences" of her life. The night also included the live debut of "Nowhere, Nobody" from her latest album, petal.

But the moment fans are still talking about came during "Thank U, Next." Grande has spent the entire tour quietly rewriting the song's line about ex Ricky Alvarez, and each version has doubled as a status update on their rekindled relationship. What started as "Wrote some songs about Ricky, now I listen and laugh" turned into "we always find our way back" in New York, then "I know he still got my back" in Austin. On the tour's final night, she landed on the most pointed version yet: "Wrote some songs about Ricky, I'm tryna make him my last."

Grande and Alvarez, her former backup dancer, first dated over a decade ago and reconnected this past June. He's been by her side for much of the tour's back half. The new lyric immediately set off marriage speculation online, though neither Grande nor Alvarez has confirmed anything.

With the tour now behind her, Grande is expected to step back from the spotlight, having already withdrawn from the upcoming West End production of Sunday in the Park with George.
