Bruno Mars Joins Fortnite Festival With Hit Collaboration “Die With a Smile”
Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’ smash single gets an in-game release, with new skins, jam tracks, and a premium music pass

Bruno Mars is the newest headliner of Fortnite Festival, joining the game’s summer season with the chart-topping collaboration “Die With a Smile,” his global hit with Lady Gaga. The Grammy-winning track will officially be available to play in the game starting June 18 as part of the festival’s evolving in-game music experience.
Mars follows in the footsteps of Lady Gaga, who previously brought her Chromatica era to life within Fortnite’s immersive soundscape last year. Her appearance drew millions of players and remains a fan favorite, with artists like Kesha still seen using Gaga-inspired skins.
As part of this new rollout, Epic Games is introducing a fresh Bruno Mars skin inspired by the “Die With a Smile” music video. The outfit unlocks immediately for players who purchase the premium version of the Fortnite Festival Music Pass: Bruno Mars Season. The pass, which costs 1,400 V-Bucks or is included with a Fortnite Crew subscription, also grants access to a second exclusive Bruno skin, multiple emotes, and themed musical instruments.
The premium Music Pass includes four licensed jam tracks, including Bruno Mars’ Bruno-San’s Theme Song and Silk Sonic’s Leave the Door Open. It also marks the first in-game appearance of Michael Jackson via the Jackson 5 classic ABC. Additional tracks come from Sabotage feat. Instituto with Mun Ra.
Fans who purchase the Bruno Mars World Tour bundle will be able to use these items throughout the season, which runs until the end of Fortnite Festival Season 9.
