Ed Sheeran made St. Patrick’s Day unforgettable for Boston fans with a surprise performance at The Dubliner pub on Monday night. The singer, dressed in a Boston Celtics jersey, teased his appearance earlier in the evening with an Instagram Story that read, “Meet me in the pub tonight,” accompanied by his song Galway Girl and the caption, “(It’s okay to admit you like this song today bruh).”
Fans who showed up were treated to an intimate performance as Sheeran performed a mix of Irish-inspired songs and some of his biggest hits, including Galway Girl, Nancy Mulligan, Shivers, Perfect, and Don’t. Social media posts captured the packed pub singing along as Sheeran delivered a St. Patrick’s Day moment to remember.
