Justin Timberlake made headlines during his Dec. 12 show at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena—but not for the reasons you’d expect. While performing his hit song Mirrors on a suspended platform, a tight-fitted harness became the unintended star of the evening.

A TikTok video captured Timberlake, 43, attempting to adjust his shirt to cover the area. Fans couldn't help but notice how the harness emphasized his groin. The clip has since gone viral, racking up over 5.5 million views and sparking comparisons to a similar stage mishap involving Chris Brown earlier this year.

Despite the awkward moment, Timberlake carried on with his performance like a pro. The Forget Tomorrow World Tour, launched in April, features a two-hour set list packed with classics like Cry Me a River and Rock Your Body, alongside tracks from his latest album, Everything I Thought I Was.

The viral moment comes after Timberlake faced several challenges this year, including a bout with bronchitis and laryngitis in October and a back injury that forced him to reschedule his Dec. 2 New Orleans show.

The pop icon has yet to address the wardrobe malfunction, but if the social media frenzy is any indication, fans seem willing to let this moment slide in favour of his stellar onstage presence.
