Beyoncé’s ongoing Cowboy Carter tour took an unexpected turn last week in Atlanta when a member of her team became the victim of a serious theft.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Beyoncé’s choreographer Christopher Grant and dancer Diandre Blue were near Atlanta’s Krog Street Market when their rented Jeep Wagoneer was broken into. They had left the car unattended for roughly an hour. Upon returning, they discovered the trunk window had been smashed, and two suitcases were missing.

The stolen bags reportedly contained several valuable and sensitive items, including hard drives filled with unreleased, watermarked Beyoncé music, setlists, choreography footage plans, and personal electronics such as laptops, clothes, sunglasses, and a pair of AirPods Max.

Grant can be heard in newly surfaced audio of his 911 call, obtained by The Shade Room, sounding visibly distressed. “Someone broke into my car… they stole my computers and everything,” he told the dispatcher. “It’s really, really important information. I work with someone who’s of a high status, and I really need my computer and everything.”

He also mentioned he had started tracking the devices using Apple’s Find My app.

While two sets of fingerprints were found on the vehicle and an arrest warrant has reportedly been issued, police have yet to confirm whether any of the stolen material has been recovered. Security cameras in the area reportedly captured the break-in, but no arrests have been made at this time.
